巴曲酶联合银杏达莫注射液治疗对突发性耳聋患者血清ET、NO、SOD、sVCAM-1水平的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的 分析巴曲酶联合银杏达莫注射液治疗对突发性耳聋患者血清内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血管细胞粘附因子1(s VCAM-1)的影响,以探索治疗突发性耳聋患者的最佳方案。方法 选取2014年6月~2015年6月丽水市人民医院接诊的90例突发性耳聋患者作为本次研究对象。按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用巴曲酶治疗,观察组采用巴曲酶和银杏达莫治疗,观察2组患者治疗后血清ET、NO、SOD、s VCAM-1,症状恢复时间,治疗疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组ET、NO、s VCAM-1小于对照组,SOD大于对照组[(64.28±5.72)pg/m L vs.(67.36±6.31)pg/m L、(43.08±9.53)μmol/L vs.(49.16±10.42)μmol/L、(204.20±19.75)ng/m L vs.(262.12±23.26)ng/m L、(103.86±12.43)NU/m L vs.(93.24±11.25)NU/m L](P〈0.05);观察组耳鸣、耳闷、眩晕恢复时间均小于对照组[(3.86±1.02)d vs.(5.97±1.34)、(5.03±1.24)d vs.(7.37±2.01)d、(8.09±2.10)d vs.(9.07±2.37)d](P〈0.05);观察组总有效率优于对照组[93.33%(42/45)vs.75.55%(34/45)](P〈0.05)。结论巴曲酶联合银杏达莫注射液治疗突发性耳聋能够有效降低血清ET、NO、s VCAM-1的水平,提高SOD的水平,能够改善患者的内耳微循环,相比单用巴曲酶疗效更理想,值得推广。 Objective To study the effect of batroxobin combined with Yinxingdamo injection on serum endothelin ( ET) , nitric oxide (NO ) , peroxide dismutase ( SOD) , vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 ( VEGF-1) in patients with sudden deafness ( SVCAM-1) , to explore the best treatment r patients with sudden deafness. Methods Ninety patients with sudden deafness from June 2014 to June 2015 were recruited as the subjects of this udy. The patients in control group were treated with batroxobin and batroxobin and ginkgo dipyridol. The levels of serum ET, NO, SOD, sVCAM-1, me of symptom recovery and the curative effect were observed. Results After treatment, the levels of ET, NO and sVCAM-1 in the observation group ere significantly lower than those in the control group [ (64. 28 ± 5. 72) pg/mL vs (67. 36 ±6. 31) pg/mL, (4 3 . 08 ± 9. 53 ) 93. 24 ±0. 25) NU/mL] (P〈0. 05). The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups. The recovery time of tinnitus, auria d vertigo in the observation group were less than those in the control group [ (3. 86 ± 1. 02) d vs (5. 97 ± 1. 34),(5 . 03 ± 1. 2 4 ) d vs (7 . 37 ± 01) d, (8. 09 ±2. 10) d vs 9. 07 ± 2. 37) d] (P 〈0. 05). The total effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group 3. 33% vs 75. 55% ,P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion Batroxobin combined with ginkgo dipyridolum injection can decrease the level of ET, NO and sVCAM- ,improve the level of SOD, and improve the microcirculation of the inner ear. Compared with the single effect of Batroxobin More desirable, worthy of omotion.
