摘要
针对偶氮染料重氮盐间歇性生产的问题,本文详细论述了重氮组分芳伯胺重氮化试剂的选择、重氮化反应的机理以及重氮盐自动连续化制备的新工艺、新装置,并叙述了重氮化反应过程中各主要因素的控制及对重氮化反应的影响。结果表明,采用釜内自循环和若干管式反应器以及冷却夹套和管内列管式冷凝器装置的自动连续化新工艺,不仅使芳伯胺重氮盐制备的自动化程度和传质、传热效率高,而且具有更好的连续性、均匀性和稳定性,提高了偶氮染料的生产效率,提升了实际生产中所得芳伯胺重氮盐的品质。
Aiming at the problem of intermittent production of azo dyes,this paper discusses the choice of aromatic primary arylamine diazotization reagent,the mechanism of diazotization reaction,the new manufacturing process and device for automatic and continuous preparation of aromatic primary amine diazonium salt.Besides,this paper narrates the effects of main factor control on diazotization reaction.The results indicate that the new automatic and continuous production process in which the self-circulation reactor,several tubular reactors,cooling jacket device and the array tube condenser device are used has a high degree of automation,high mass transfer efficiency and high heat transfer efficiency.Meanwhile,it also has better continuity,homogeneity and stability,and improves the production efficiency of azo dyes and the quality of aromatic primary amine diazonium salt.
