摘要
王玉英教授认为,老年性口干症虽表现为口腔干燥,但实质却是全身各脏器阴阳气血功能失调所致,病机主要分虚证和实证两大类。虚证多由水液代谢脏腑功能失调所致,主要涉及肝、肾、脾、胃;实证为病理产物阻塞水道,主要涉及痰饮瘀血,导致津液的输布异常、口腔失于滋养。治疗上应从整体辨证出发,以求恢复各脏腑阴阳气血平衡的状态。具体的治疗思路包括养血滋阴、补益肝肾,调和气血、补益脾胃,化痰除瘀、扶正祛邪,在治疗老年性口干症方面取得了较好的效果。
Prof.Wang Yuying believes that senile xerostomia is manifested as oral dryness,but substantially results from the dysfunction of zangfu organs,yin,yang,qi and blood.In terms of pathogenesis,deficiency and excess syndromes are classified.The deficiency syndrome results from the metabolic dysfunction,with liver,kidney,spleen and stomach involved.The excess syndrome results from the obstruction of water passage with pathological products,with phlegm and stasis involved.All of those lead to abnormal distribution of body fluids and malnutrition of oral cavity.In treatment,the holistic differentiation is the basis to seek for the balance recovery of zangfu organs,yin,yang,qi and blood.The treating ideas include nourishing blood and yin,tonifying liver and kidney,regulating qi and blood,benefiting spleen and stomach,resolving phlegm and removing stasis,strengthening the antipathogenic qi and eliminating pathogens.The good effects are achieved in the treatment of senile xerostomia.
