摘要 目的:研究刺玫果药材的指纹图谱,为其有效质量控制提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱法采集18批刺玫果的指纹图谱,通过相似度分析、聚类分析和主成分分析对其进行评价。结果:最终建立了刺玫果的指纹图谱,主要成分得到有效分离,共得到10个共有峰,并确定了4个特征峰的峰归属。样品可被聚成4类,并且3个主成分的累计方差贡献率为73.432%。结论:所建指纹图谱可为刺玫果质量标准的评价提供参考。 Objective: To study the fingerprints of the dried fruits of Rosa davurica, and provide reference for their effective quality control. Methods: The HPLC fingerprints of 18 batches of the dried fruits of R. davurica were performed, and subsequently analyzed through the similarity analysis, cluster analysis and principal component analysis. Results: The fingerprints of the dried fruits of R. davurica were established, the main components were effectively separated, 10 peaks were obtained, and the four characteristic peaks were confirmed. The samples were classified into four groups, and three principal components make up 73. 432% of the total variance. Conclusion : The fingerprints provide a reference for the quality standards of the dried fruits of R. davurica.
