摘要
目的探讨风险管理联合绩效考核在医院急诊科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2014年度的急诊护理人员30名,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各15例。两组护理人员在管理过程中均应用风险管理措施,观察组在此基础上应用绩效考核措施,比较两组急诊护理人员的护理质量、患者对其护理满意度及护理差错发生情况。结果观察组护理人员日常护理质量相关指标评分均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组护理满意率94.17%,对照组护理满意率74.77%,观察组满意率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组护理差错率2.34%,对照组护理差错率7.49%,观察组护理差错率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论风险管理联合绩效考核用于急诊科护理管理能够有效提高日常护理质量及患者满意度,减少护理差错发生率。
Objective To investigate the application of risk management combined with the effect of performance evaluation in the hospital emergency department nursing management. Methods 30 emergency nurses from 2014 years were chosen and divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table, 15 cases in each group. Two nurses in the management process were the application of risk management measures, observation group performance evaluation measures on this basis, two emergency nurses were compared with the quality of care, patient satisfaction and nursing care errors. Results The daily nursing care quality-related indicators scores in observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05) ; observation group care satisfaction rate was 94.17%, control group care satisfaction rate was 74.77%, satisfaction rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group (P〈0.05) ; observation group care error rate was 2.34%, the control group nursing error rate was 7.49%, the observation group care error rate Significantly lower than the control group ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion Risk management combined with performance assessment for emergency department care management can improve the daily quality of care and patient satisfaction, reduce the incidence of nursing errors.
