论微环境参与卓越教师预备教育的途径与机制 被引量:2

摘要 学院微环境是有利于师范生专业成长的一切身边要素,如人事、关系、事物等要素的集成与聚合,一切外来教师专业发展资源都蕴藏其中,并借助这一"结缔组织"的中转来生效。微环境促进师范生卓越品质形成的途径主要是:激活师范生身上固有的卓异教育潜质,辅助师范生建构专业自我与职业意义。在微环境视野下,卓越教师实现预备发展的主要机制是:环境诱导、环境渗透、环境反馈与环境组装。 Collegiate micro-environment involves the collection of all the factors that help normal students' growth around them, such as related human relationship, and objects, which contains all the teacher development resources from outside and by which we transit the professional development goes into effect. Micro-environment is the main path to speed the formation of excellent teacher qualities as follows. It can activate the educational potential inherent in normal students and assit them to shape professional self-concept and vocational meaning. In the perspective of micro- environment, the development mechanisms of excellent teacher are environment-inducing, environment-permeating, environment's feedback and environment-reassembling.
