摘要
文化产业管理专业学生的培养宜与当地文化资源结合,因为不同区域文化下文化产业发展模式并不相同。把区域文化引入文化产业管理专业既是课程内容的需要,又是就业依托的需要,区域文化对于文化产业管理专业实践人才的培养有很重要的意义。而区域文化引入教学需通过教学内容突出区域文化、建立人才培养模式的区域文化联动机制、班级文化中强化区域色彩等途径和方式来实现。
The cultivation of culture industry management talents should be combined with the localcultural resources because of different regional cultural industry development models in different regions. Itis not only the need of curriculum contents, but also the need of employment to introduce regional cultureinto cultural industry management courses. Regional culture is of great significance to the cultivation ofpractical talents for the management of cultural industry. And the introduction of regional culture intoteaching needs to be realized by highlighting it through the teaching content, establishing regional culturallinkage mechanism of personnel training mode, and strengthening regional features in class culture and soforth.
