摘要 近年来,虚拟仿真技术在工程训练中的应用越来越广泛。数控加工仿真训练软件能够实现大部分实际数控设备的功能,大大减少了资金投入,降低了培训成本,提高了学生动手操作的机会,加快了培训效率;虚拟焊接综合仿真实训系统弥补了常规实训设备的不足,节约了大量的实训材料,减少了有害物质释放,降低了实训的危险性;中心自主研发的石油工业系列虚拟仿真教学资源,形成了独具特色的"五融合、四层次、三模式"虚拟仿真实验教学体系,解决了石油工业生产的不可视、不可及、高温、高压、危险性大等培训所面临的问题,激发了学生学习石油工业技术的兴趣,提高了学生的实践动手能力,培养了学生的工程意识。 In recent years, application of virtual simulation technology in engineering training is more and more wide. Now most functions of the NC equipment can be achieved by the virtual simulation training software. It greatly reduces funding and training costs, improves the students' operation chance and training efficiency. Virtual welding comprehensive simulation training system makes up for the deficiency of the training equipment. It saves a lot of training materials, reduces the training risk and the harmful material release. Oil Industry Training Center independently researched and developed a series of virtual simulation teaching resources for the oil industry, formed a virtual simulation experiment teaching system with the advantage of "five fusion, four levels, three model". It solved the problems such as invisible and untouchable processes, high temperature, high pressure and dange in the training process. It inspired students' interest in learning oil industry technology, improved students' practice ability, cultivated the students' engineering awareness.
