摘要
承压设备设计标准GB150-2011、ASMEⅧ-1提供的外压圆筒图算法需要先假设厚度,再反复试算。鉴于上述标准提供方法计算过程的繁琐性,依据Bresse公式和Misses公式,提出了一种新的适用于D_o/δ_e≥4的简化图算方法,并绘制出了设计压力为0.1、0.2、0.5、1.0MPa的计算图。可以根据长径比L/D_o、设计压力p_d由图直接读取对应设计参数下的最小有效厚度。
The design codes like GB150-2011 and ASME Ⅷ-1 stipulate that assuming thickness and repeating the trial are necessary for the graphic method in designing the vessels subjected to external pressure. Considering complexity of the calculation process offered by aforementioned codes, having Bresse equation and Misses equation based to present a new simplified nomography for Do/δe≥4 was implemented, including the calculation charts for the design pressure of 0.1MPa, 0.2MPa, 0.5MPa and 1.0MPa. Minimum effective thickness could be determined from charts by entering the length to diameter ratio L/Do and design pressure Pd.
