摘要
对原半干法脱硫气力输送系统进行改造后,将炉内脱硫-炉后增湿工艺引入我公司特种废物流化床焚烧炉。试验该工艺对特种废物流化床焚烧炉的影响。结果表明:炉后增湿的效果对炉内石灰石的投用量影响很大。控制石灰石的投用量在一定范围,对煤耗的影响较小。特种废物流化床焚烧炉采用炉内脱硫-炉后增湿工艺,可以在不新增脱硝措施的情况下,使NOX和SO_2同时达标排放。
After the transformation of the original pneumatic conveying system for semi-dry desulfurization, the process of desulfurization in furnace-tail moistening was introduced into the special waste fluidized bed incinerator. The effect of the process on the special waste fluidized bed incinerator was studied. The results showed that the effect of tail moistening had a great influence on the limestone dosage. Control of limestone dosage in a certain range had little effect on coal consumption. Application of desulfurization in furnace-tail moistening in special waste fluidized bed made the NOx and SO2 meet the discharge standards without adding denitrification.
