池州长江公路大桥主桥桥塔上横梁锚固结构设计 被引量:11

摘要 池州长江公路大桥主桥为主跨828m的双塔双索面单侧混合梁斜拉桥。桥塔上塔柱设置6道钢结构上横梁,上横梁均采用箱形断面,竖向中心距均为13.5m。单个钢横梁长7m、宽5.5m、高7m,划分为4个块段,各块段间采用M30高强度螺栓进行拼接。斜拉索分组锚固于各道钢横梁横隔板之间的锚固构造内,形成索塔体外锚固体系。钢横梁端部与桥塔上塔柱接触位置设置预埋钢板,通过高强度螺杆及剪力钉将钢横梁与混凝土上塔柱牢固连接。每道钢横梁外部设置封闭钢珠结构。采用有限元软件对桥塔上横梁锚固结构进行受力分析,结果表明结构受力均满足规范要求。 The main bridge of Chizhou Changjiang River Highway Bridge is a one-side hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge with double pylons,double cable planes and with a main span of 828 m.On the upper columns of a pylon,6steel upper cross beams are arranged.The sections of the cross beams are all the box sections and the vertical c/c distances of the cross beams are 13.5m.The length of a cross beam is 7m,the width is 5.5mand the depth is 7m.The cross beam is divided into 4segments and the segments are spliced by the M30high-strength bolts.The stay cables are anchored in group in the anchorage structures arranged between the diaphragms of each cross beam and consequently the anchorage systems outside the pylon are formed.At the positions where the ends of a cross beam contact with the upper pylon columns,the pre-embedded steel plates are arranged and the steel cross beam and the concrete upper pylon columns are firmly connected by the high-strength bolt stems and shear studs.On the outside of each cross beam,the closed steel ball structure is also arranged.The finite element software is used to carry out the force condition analysis of the anchorage structures for all the upper cross beams and the results of the analysis demonstrate that the structural force conditions can satisfy the relevant requirements in the codes.
