摘要
肇庆西江特大桥主桥为5×144m连续钢桁梁公铁两用桥,该桥于2015年10月15日遭受采砂船舶碰撞,造成第4孔第5个节间钢桁梁杆件严重变形,危及铁路行车安全。根据构件变形及受损状况分析,确定采用拆除上游侧严重受损的纵梁,利用鱼腹式钢纵梁临时代替,暂时保留下游侧轻微受损纵梁的临时加固方案对铁路桥进行快速抢修加固,并在快速抢修后进行行车试验。结果表明,桥梁满足列车通行要求,实现了铁路线快速抢通。在铁路快速抢通后,利用"天窗点"时段更换铁路下平联及纵梁,对下弦杆进行局部冷矫正及补强,完成永久加固修复后通过行车试验测试桥梁运营的各项动力性能。结果表明,各项指标均符合规范要求,满足列车正常运营需求。
The main bridge of Zhaoqing Xijiang River Bridge is a continuous steel truss girder rail-cum-road bridge with span arrangement 5×144m.The bridge was collided by the sand dredger on October 15,2015 and the collision from the dredger caused the severe deformation and damage of the steel truss girder members of the 5th panel on the 4th span and endangered the train traveling safety on the bridge.In accordance with the analysis of the deformation and damage situations of the girder members,it was determined that the part of the railway bridge of the bridge should be firstly emergently repaired and strengthened,using the temporary repairing and strengthening scheme that the severely damaged longitudinal girder on the upstream side of the bridge was removed away,was replaced with the fish-bellied steel longitudinal girder and the slightly damaged longitudinal girder on the downstream side was kept for use for the time being.After the bridge was temporarily rapidly repaired and strengthened,the train traveling tests on the bridge were carried out immediately.The results of the tests showed that the repaired and strengthened bridge could meet the requirements for the train traveling and the rapid reopening of the railway on the bridge was realized.At the time the railway was reopened,the railway lower lateral bracings and longitudinal steel girder were then permanently replaced,making use of the time window of the railway operation and the lower chords were locally cold rectified and stiffened.Following the completion of the permanent repairing and strengthening,the train traveling tests were made again to check the various dynamic performance of the bridge operation and the results of the further tests showed that the various indices of the bridge could meet the relevant requirements in the codes and the normal need of the train traveling.
