摘要
为研究壳聚糖硒抗玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)对小鼠脏器指数、白介素18(IL-18)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量的影响,本试验将40只雌性昆明小鼠随机均分为对照组、ZEN组、壳聚糖硒1组和壳聚糖硒2组,分别饲喂基础日粮,添加2 mg/kg ZEN的基础日粮,添加2 mg/kg ZEN和0.2 mg/kg(以硒计量)壳聚糖硒的基础日粮以及添加2 mg/kg ZEN和0.4 mg/kg(以硒计量)壳聚糖硒的基础日粮。试验期为30 d。试验结束时测定小鼠脏器指数、血清IL-18和TNF-α含量。结果表明:ZEN组小鼠子宫指数较对照组提高了31.26%(P>0.05),壳聚糖硒1组和壳聚糖硒2组小鼠子宫指数较ZEN组分别降低了23.49%和25.61%(P>0.05);ZEN组、壳聚糖硒1组和壳聚糖硒2组小鼠肾脏指数较对照组分别提高了6.34%、11.94%和8.21%(P>0.05);对照组、ZEN组、壳聚糖硒1组和壳聚糖硒2组间小鼠心脏、脾脏、肺脏和肝脏指数变化均在8%以内(P>0.05)。ZEN组小鼠血浆IL-18和TNF-α含量分别较对照组提高了291.33%和226.83%(P<0.01);壳聚糖硒1组和壳聚糖硒2组小鼠血浆IL-18和TNF-α含量较ZEN组分别降低了29.13%、68.99%和24.98%、59.50%(P<0.01)。结果提示,壳聚糖硒能够减弱ZEN对小鼠的毒性作用,可降低ZEN导致的小鼠血浆TNF-α和IL-18含量升高。
This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of chitosan selenium on viscera index,interleukin 18(IL-18)and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)content in mice by zearalenone(ZEN).A total of 40 female KM mice were randomly assigned into 4 dietary treatment groups for a 30 days study,which were fed basal diets,basal diets supplemented with 2 mg/kg ZEN,basal diets supplemented with 2 mg/kg ZEN and 0.2 mg/kg selenium as chitosan selenium,and basal di-ets supplemented with 2 mg/kg ZEN and 0.4 mg/kg selenium as chitosan selenium, respectively.At the end of the tr ia l, viscera index,serum IL-18 and TNF-α contents were determined.The results showed that uterus index of mice in ZEN group were 31.26% higher than that in control group (P 〉 0.05).Uterus index of mice in low dose chitosan selenium group(LDCS group)and high dose chitosan selenium group (HDCS group)were 23.49% and 25.61% lower than that in ZEN group (P 〉 0.05).Kidney index of mice in ZEN group,LDCS group and HDCS group were 6.34%, 11.94% and 8.211% higher than that in control group (P 〉 0.05).The changes range in heart index,spleen index,lung index and liver index of mice among con-trol group,ZEN group,LDCS group and HDCS group were less than 8%(P 〉 0.05).Serum IL-18 and TNF-α contents ofmice in ZEN group were 291.33% and 226.83% higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.01), respectively.Serum IL-18 and TNF-α contents of mice in LDCS group and HDCS group were 29.13%, 68.99% and 24.98%, 59.50% lower than those in ZEN group(P 〈 0.01), respectively.The results indicated that chitosan selenium supplementation could reduce the toxici-ty induced by ZEN via decreasing serum IL-18 and TNF-α contents in mice.
