摘要
目的探讨长海痛尺评估疼痛的临床应用及对食管癌术后疼痛管理的应用效果。方法方便选取2015年7—12月该院胸外科108例食管中段癌手术患者,随机分为传统评估组和痛尺评估组,每组54例。传统评估组根据患者自述并配合护士主观判断来评估患者术后疼痛,痛尺评估组根据长海痛尺评分标准评估术后疼痛;对两组患者术后疼痛控制效果进行统计分析。结果实验组在安静和活动时评分(0.56±0.88)分、(1.39±1.82)分均小于对照组(4.27±1.63)分、(5.17±1.59)分,疼痛控制效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据长海痛尺评估疼痛,有助于提高食管癌术后患者的疼痛管理质量。
Objective To study the application of changhai pain rating scale in the pain management after the esophageal cancer operation.Methods 108 cases of patients with esophageal cancer operation treated in the department of chest surgery in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2015 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 54 cases in each,the traditional evaluation group evaluated the postoperative pains according to the self-description of patients and subjective judgment of nurses,while the pain rating scale group evaluated the postoperative pains according to the changhai pain rating criteria,and the control effect of postoperative pains of the two groups was counted and analyzed.Results The scores in quiet and activity in the experimental group were fewer than those in the control group [(0.56±0.88)points,(4.27±1.63)points vs(1.39±1.82)points,(5.17±1.59)points],and the pain control effect was better than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion The evaluation of pains according to the changhai pain rating scale contributes to improving the pain management quality of patients after the esophageal cancer operation.
