摘要
优化国有经济布局是我国经济改革的重要内容。我国在国有经济结构调整方面取得一定成绩,但仍存在众多问题。当前国有经济行业分布过广,各地区产业结构趋同,造成重点领域缺失;国资监管体制不健全,国有经济的创新效率不能满足创新型国家要求。在混合所有制导向下,应明确国有资产功能定位,分类推进改革;组建国有资本投资运营公司完善国资监管体制;基于国家战略性目标增强资产流动性,推进企业兼并重组。
Optimizing state-owned economy layout is an important task for China＇ s economic reform.
