摘要
构建自然保护区周边社区生态文明建设绩效评价体系,对引导该区域生态文明建设具有重要的作用。研究从生态环境、生态经济、生态社会、生态文化、生态意识及保护区关系6个维度,构建评价体系框架;采用层次分析法、要素聚集度和系统耦合度,构造了生态文明建设协调发展绩效评价模型;并对云南轿子山国家级保护区周边6个社区生态文明建设绩效进行实证研究。结果表明:调查所涉及的各社区的生态文明建设综合发展水平得分介于0.45~0.68之间,系统协调度得分介于0.69~0.93之间,各社区的生态文明建设协调发展绩效评价得分在0.55~0.79之间,评价等级均不高;这说明轿子山自然保护区周边社区生态文明建设力度不足,尤其是在经济和社会建设方面需要进一步加强。
Constructing the performance evaluation system of ecological civilization construction in the surrounding communities of nature reserve plays an important role in guiding the construction of ecological civilization in the region. This study constructs evaluation system framework from the six dimensions of ecological environment, ecological economic, ecological society, ecological culture, ecological consciousness and reserve; it constructs the harmonious development performance evaluation model of ecological civilization construction using analytic hierarchy process method, factor aggregation degree and system coupling degree; and conducts an empirical research on the ecological civilization construction performance of the surrounding six communities in Yunnan Jiaozishan National Reserve. The results showed that the community ecological civilization construction comprehensive development level scores is between 0.45-0.68, system coordination degree scores is between 0.69-0.93. The community harmonious development performance evaluation scores is between 0.55-0.79 and grade evaluation is not high. It also shows that the construction of ecological civilization of Jiaozishan natural reserve surrounding the community is insufficient and community ecology, economics and ecological community building need to be further strengthened.
