摘要
苯并咪唑类芳香杂环化合物是一类重要的有机合成中间体,广泛应用于许多医药、农药、天然产物等分子骨架结构的合成。本文从分子间缩合和分子内缩合出发,着重综述了近年来苯并咪唑类化合物的合成方法发展情况。文章还结合目前有机合成的前沿领域和现状,分析了各种合成方法存在的不足和缺陷。最后,在课题组研究工作的基础上,提出了合成此类化合物研究前景和展望。
Benzimidazole and its derivatives, which are common and important substructures in pharmaceuticals, pesticides and natural products, are widely used in organic synthesis. The synthesis of benzimidazole was described by intermoleeular condensation reactions and intramolecular condensation reactions currently. The deficiencies and shortcomings of the existing synthesis methods were also described. The research prospects and expectation for the synthesis of benzoxazole and benzothiazole were proposed based on our previous work.
