补阳还五汤抗阿尔茨海默病有效成分的分离与鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究补阳还五汤化学成分。方法利用现代植物化学手段,对补阳还五汤的水提物进行硅胶柱层析,最后通过制备型液相色谱的方法得到纯的化合物单体,并通过现代波谱学的方法对其结构进行鉴定。结果从中共分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为xanthokeismins A(1),xanthokeismins B(2),2',4'-dihydroxy-6'-methoxy-3',5'-dimethylchalcone(3),5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxy-2'-(3,3-dimethylallyl)isoflavone(4)和3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl-22-O-β,β-dimethylacryloyl-A1-barrigenol(5)。结论化合物1~5均为首次从补阳还五汤中分离得到。 Objective To investigate the anti-Alzheimer's disease active ingredients of BuyangHuanwu Decotion. Methods After the decotion was extracted and subjected to silica gel chromatography to obtain subfractions, then the purified compounds were isolated by pre-HPLC method. And their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spec- troscopic methods. Results Five compounds were separated and identified as xanthokeismins A (1), xanthokeismins B (2), 2',4'-dihydroxy-6'-methoxy-3',5'-dimethylchalcone (3),5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxy-2'-(3,3-dimethylallyl) isoflavone (4), and 3-O-α-L-rhamnoyranosyl-(1-2)-β-D-glucuronoyranosyl-22-O-β,β-dimethylacryloyl-A 1 -barrigenol (5),respectively. Conclusion Compounds 1-5 were isolated from BuyangHuanwu Decotion for the first time.
