摘要
当前高校的学风存在着诸多问题,社会价值取向的多元化,学生的学习态度不端正、学习目的不明确、学习动力不足,高校教师重科研轻教学等都给高校的学风建设带来了困难。因此,高校需从制度建设、外部环境构建、发挥学生主体作用等方面构建学风建设的长效机制。
There are many problems in current style of study, such as the diversification of social value orienta-tion, the study attitude is not correct, the purpose of learning is not clear and the learning motivation is insufficient.Therefore, colleges and universities need to build long-term mechanism by carrying out the construction of study stylethrough systems construction, external environment construction and developing students principal role.
