摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,我国通信行业也取得了显著性成绩,其已覆盖到我国各领域及行业间。为了更好地顺应时代需求,通信技术人才的培养已成为各高职院校引以为重的工作任务,采取了各种先进的人才培养方案,其中,最有成效的就是现代学徒制培养方案的运用,其可以有效地将专业理论与实践操作相结合,从而极大地提高高职学生的通信专业能力,为其日后的长期发展奠定良好的基础。本文也会对高职通信专业"现代学徒制"的教学与实践融合进行详细的阐述和讨论。
With the rapid development of society and economy, China＇s communication industry has also achieved remarkable results. In order to better meet the needs of the times, the training of communication technology talents has become a major task of higher vocational colleges, and a variety of advanced talent train- ing programs are used, of which the most effective is the modern apprenticeship training program, which can greatly improve higher vocational students＇ communication professional ability through theory-practice combination. Therefore, this paper dis- cusses the integration of teaching and practice in the teaching of higher vocational communication major based on modem ap- prenticeship system.
