摘要
在中小学教育中,为了不断推进教学的现代化发展,音乐教学的重要性得到了不断显现,教育部也针对音乐教学颁布了相关标准,新课程标准中也对此进行了相应的阐释与分析。虽然中小学音乐教学得到了较为广泛的重视,但是,对于农村地区的中小学教学而言,音乐教学仍然存在很多问题,主要就体现在音乐教师素养方面。很多农村中小学的音乐教师相关素养不够全面和完善,导致音乐教学无法顺利开展,教学中存在的问题也无法得到及时的解决,这样一来,农村中小学音乐教学质量就出现了明显下降。笔者将在本文概述农村中小学音乐教师所应具备的素养,并分析教师相关素养的不足之处,并在此基础上提出合理的解决对策。
In primary and secondary education, in order to pro- mote the modernization of teaching, the importance of music teaching has been constantly highlighted, and Ministry of Educa- tion has also issued the relevant standards, for music teaching. Primary and secondary school music teaching has attracted more widely attention, but for rural primary and secondary school teaching, there are still many problems in music teaching, mainly reflected in music teachers' quality. The poor quality of many ru- ral music teachers has led to the decline in the quality rural pri- mary and secondary school music teaching. The author will sum- marize the necessary quality of music teachers in rural primary and secondary schools, analyze the shortcomings of teachers' rel- evant quality, and put forward reasonable countermeasures.
