摘要
本文通过阐述慢性软组织损伤的概念、中西医对慢性软组织损伤的分类及病因学认识、目前中西医学所遇到的问题,以及现代创伤愈合方式,引出针刀医学从生物力学角度对慢性软组织损伤病因及病理机制的新认识,指出慢性软组织损伤的根本原因是人体弓弦力学解剖系统的力平衡失调,其本质是病理性的粘连、瘢痕和挛缩,其病理过程是以点成线、以线成面、以面成体的立体网络状病理构架,最后总结针刀医学理论对慢性软组织损伤治疗的指导作用。
Through setting forth the concept of chronic soft tissue injury, the classification anti etiology unuersmnamg of traditional Chinese and western medicine for chronic soft tissue injury, the current problems encountered in Chinese and western medicine, and the modern wound healing ways, this paper draws forth the new understanding of acupoto- mology for the etiology and pathology from the aspects of biomechanies, points out that the root cause of chronic soft tissue injury is dynamic disequilibrium of human anatomical bowstring mechanics system, its essence is pathological adhesion, scar and contracture, the pathological process is a three-dimensional reticular pathological structure with point to line, line to surface, surface to solid, finally summarizes the guiding function of acupotomology theory for the treatment of chronic soft tissue injury.
