摘要 为确保盾构施工安全可靠地进行,需要对14.93 m泥水盾构一次管片吊机的主机架进行分析研究。计算分析主机架在工作过程中的载荷类型、各类载荷系数以及不同工况下的载荷组合,将Solidworks建立的主机架三维模型导入到Ansys Workbench中,校核其在起升工况A1、运行工况A4、动载试验工况C3和静载试验工况下的强度和刚度,分析主机架的模态并获取其前6阶固有频率及相应振型。静力学分析结果表明,主机架的强度和刚度均满足设计要求;模态分析结果表明,主机架具有良好的抗振性,为一次管片吊机进一步的动力学分析及优化提供了理论依据。 To ensure that the shield construction could proceed safely and reliably,it is necessary to study the mainframe of the 14. 93 m-long slurry shield single-segment crane. Load type and various loading coefficients of the mainframe during operation as well as load combinations in different operating conditions are calculated and analyzed in the paper.Three-dimensional model of mainframe developed by Solidworks is entered into Ansys Workbench to check its intensity and rigidity in hoisting condition A1,operating condition A4,dynamic load test condition C3 and static load test condition and analyze the mode of mainframe to obtain its first 6 natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes. According to static analysis,the intensity and rigidity of the mainframe meet the design requirements,and modal analysis shows that the mainframe is well vibration resistant. These analyses provide theoretical basis for further dynamic analysis and optimization of single-segment cranes.
