摘要
介绍了一种电磁圆盘式制动器的组成、工作原理,结合实例给出了电磁圆盘式制动器制动力矩和制动弹簧的校核计算方法。考虑到动态制动力矩是制动器的核心参数,利用制动电机动态力矩试验台对电磁圆盘式制动器的动态制动力矩进行验证测试,实测结果证明了方法的有效性。
The paper introduces the composition and operating principles of the electromagnetic disc brake,and proposes a checking calculation method for dynamic braking torque and brake spring of electromagnetic disc brake with practical examples. As dynamic braking torque is a core parameter of the brake,the dynamic torque test bed of brake motor is used to validate the dynamic braking torque of electromagnetic disc brakes.
