摘要
哈拉哈塘油田南部区块原油含蜡量高,生产过程中井筒频繁堵塞,严重影响正常生产。分析了井筒堵塞物成分,主要以微晶蜡堵塞为主;合成了15种共聚物,评价了合成物的降凝和降黏效果,优选出效果较好的SDA-1降凝剂,使原油凝点降低28℃,0℃时原油降黏率为80%;偏光显微结果表明,加剂后原油蜡晶明显变小,SDA-1抑制了蜡晶生长;高温高压井筒模拟研究结果表明,加入1 000 mg/L SDA-1降凝剂后,井筒举升压差由1.37 kPa降低至0.67 kPa,有效抑制了蜡晶析出,SDA-1具有良好应用前景。
On the southern of Halahatang oilfield of tarim basin crude oil with high wax content, in the process of production wellbore frequent jams, seriously affect the normal production. Analysis to determine the wellbore blockage, mainly composed of microcrystalline wax block ; 15 kinds of copolymer was synthe- sized, evaluate the extent of the solidifying point and viscosity reduction rate, optimizing the flow and the viscosity effect is the best pour point depressant SDA-1, reduce TLMR3 sample oil solidifying point of 28 ℃, at 0℃ crude oil viscosity reduction rate was 80% ;Additive was studied by polarizing microscope, wax crystal decreased significantly after additive SDA-1, meanwhile inhibit the growth of wax. Using self- made high temperature and high pressure shaft simulator to studied the change of lifting pressure differ- ence before and after additive pour point depressant,join 1 000 mg/L after reducing admixture, SDA-1 shaft lifting pressure difference by 1.37 kPa reduce to 0, 67 kPa, effective slow down and inhibit the wax crystal precipitation, meanwhile has a good aoolication nrosnect.
