摘要
由于二辊锥形辊穿孔机轧制变形的复杂性,导致轧制力、轧制力矩以及顶头止推力等重要力能参数的数学计算很困难。应用有限元仿真软件Simufact.forming对二辊锥形辊穿孔机轧制过程进行仿真计算,可以得到上述力能参数,并通过与现场测试值的对比验证计算结果的正确性,解决了二辊锥形辊穿孔机的力能参数计算问题。
Due to the complex deformation of two cone rollers piercing mill, the valuable force parameters such as rolling force, rolling turning moment, thrusting force and etc. are very difficult to be mathematical computed. The finite-element simulation software Simufact.forming is used to simulate the process of two cone rollers piercing mill, and the valuahe force parameters as mentioned above can be obtained. Comparing these simulated force parameters with the site test verifies the simulated result. The problem about computing force parameter of two cone rollers piercing mill is be solved.
