基于大型底栖动物群落特征的黄河口及邻近水域健康度评价 被引量:7

Ecological Status Assessment Based on Macrobenthic Community Characteristics in Yellow River Estuary and Its Adjacent Waters

摘要 根据2013年8和10月、2014年2和5月在黄河口及邻近水域的大型底栖动物调查数据,采用群落物种多样性指数和丰度/生物量比较曲线,对黄河口大型底栖动物群落结构和生态状况进行分析。黄河口及邻近水域共采集到大型底栖动物80种,以多毛类、节肢动物和软体动物为主。10月优势种为纽虫,2和8月优势种为江户明樱蛤(Moerella jedoensis),5月无优势种。各群落物种多样性指数的季节变化趋势相同,均为2月最高,5和10月次之,8月最低,丰度/生物量比较曲线结果和多样性指数一致。研究结果表明,黄河口及邻近水域底栖生态状况全年显示为未受扰动状态,群落结构较稳定,其中冬季最优,其次为秋季和春季,夏季最差。空间变化表现为,靠近河口水域的生态状况较差,底栖动物物种丰富度较低,而远离河口区域的生态状况较好。 Based on the data collected during the seasonal macrobenthic surveys conducted in August and October 2013 and February and May 2014 in Yellow River Estuary and its adjacent waters, environmental quality of the estuary was assessed with biodiversity index and abundance/biomass curve in order to monitor and evaluate the ecological quality of Yellow River Estuary benthic ecosystem and change of macrobenthic community structure. The results showed that a total number of 80 species were collected, and the most of them was polychaetes, arthropod and Mollusca. Moerella jedoensis was dominant in February and August, while Nemertine was dominant in October, and there was no evident dominant species in May. Species diversity indices showed a similar monthly change, the highest in February, then in May and October, and the least in August. The environmental quality for the entire surveyed area was good in four seasons, similar with the results of ABC plots. The environmental quality was the best in winter, then in autumn and summer, and the worst in spring. In terms of spatial variation of environmental quality, the inshore and estuarine areas had worse environmental quality and less richness than offshore area in four seasons.
