摘要 目的对多模态核磁共振成像技术应用于乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值进行分析研究。方法选取69例2015年1月—2016年12月在我院进行治疗的乳腺癌患者,术前对患者分别进行钼靶X线和多模态核磁共振成像技术检查,对两种不同检查方法的诊断价值进行对照研究。结果多模态核磁共振成像技术检查的诊断符合率高于乳腺钼靶检查(91.30%vs.73.91%),差异具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论多模态核磁共振成像技术应用于乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值十分理想。 Objective Study the clinical value of multi-modality NMR imaging application in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Chose 69 patients with breast cancer who were treated in hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 to study and they were given with molybdenum target X-ray and multi-modality NMR imaging examination methods respectively before operation and then make a comparative study on diagnosis value between two groups. Results Patients' diagnosis accuracy rate of multimodality NMR imaging examination was much higher than molybdenum target X-ray examination(91.30% vs. 73.91%); there were differentials between two groups(P〈0.05) and these differentials had statistic value. Conclusion The clinical value of multi-modality NMR imaging examination is rather satisfactory and desirable, thus, such a diagnosis method is worthwhile to be promoted widespread.
