摘要
目的探讨角膜塑形镜治疗青少年近视的护理措施。方法选取30例患者作为研究对象,患者均佩戴角膜塑形镜,为患者提供心理护理、戴镜及检查护理、镜片保养等服务,检查患者戴镜前,戴镜1 d、1周和1个月后的视力水平及屈光度。结果 30例患者在佩戴角膜塑形镜后,屈光度均呈下降趋势,视力水平均有显著提升。结论青少年近视患者在佩戴角膜塑形镜后,结合系统的护理及健康指导,对裸眼视力有明显的改善作用。
Objective To explore the nursing measures of kyphoseopy in the treatment of juvenile myopia. Methods 30 eases of patients were selected as the study subjects. Patients were wearing corneal plastic mirror, and they provided psychological care, wearing glasses and inspection care, lens maintenance and other services. Patients were examined before wearing glasses, wearing 1 d, 1 week and one month after the level of vision and diopter. Results 30 cases of patients in the wearing of corneal plastic mirror, the diopter showed a downward trend, visual acuity were significantly improved. Conclusion Adolescent myopia patients after wearing corneal plastic mirror, combined with the system of care and health guidance, on the uncorrected visual acuity improved significantly.
