摘要
目的探讨医务人员个人特征及其对医院文化的影响。方法以淮安市中医院职工作为研究对象,采取分层抽样,以科室作为调查单位,随机向医务人员发放调查问卷,分析医务人员的个人特征和医院文化得分情况。结果医务人员的性别、职称对于医院文化问卷得分影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),医务人员学历、年龄、工作类型、工作年限对医院文化问卷得分有明显影响(P<0.05)。结论医务人员的不同个人特征对医院文化可造成一定的影响,医院领导应根据职工特点,进一步加强个体化的医院文化建设,培育医院核心价值观,激发职工的工作热情。
Objective To explore the medical personnel's personal characteristic and its effect on hospital culture. Methods The staffs of Huai'an Hospital of Tranditional Chinese Medicine were selected and issued questionnaires by stratified sampling. The medical personnel's personal characteristic and hospital culture score were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference of sex and professional title with hospital culture score (P 〉 0.05). Hospital culture score was obviously affected by academic, age, type of work and work seniority (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Medical personnel's personal characteristic had some effects on hospital culture. According to the medical personnel's personal characteristic, the hospital culture construction should be enhanced to inspire the enthusiasm of work.
