摘要
目的探讨胶囊内镜上消化道滞留处理的护理方法。方法选取2015年7月—2016年6月在我院进行胶囊内镜检查的256例患者中有25例患者发生胶囊内镜在上消化道滞留情况,在处理胶囊内镜上消化道滞留过程中给予密切的护理配合,观察护理配合效果。结果 25例胶囊内镜上消化道滞留的患者经护理配合处理后,胶囊内镜均在2 h内进入小肠。结论胶囊内镜是一种安全、可靠的检查方法,全面严密细致的护理及恰当护理配合,有助于及时发现、处理胶囊内镜上消化道滞留问题及高质量完成胶囊内镜检查结果。
Objective To explore the nursing method of capsular endoscopic upper gastrointestinal retention. Methods 25 cases patients with capsule endoscopy in upper gastrointestinal retention in 256 cases from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected, nursing was used in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal capsule endoscopy retention process, observation of nursing effect. Results 25 patients with capsule endoscopic upper gastrointestinal tract were treated with nursing. The capsule endoscopy entered the small intestine within 2 hours. Conclusion Capsule endoscopy is a safe and reliable examination method. The comprehensive and meticulous care and proper care cooperation can help to detect the endoscopic gastrointestinal tract retention and high quality endoscopic examination.
