摘要
目的探讨人性化服务在门诊导诊中的应用效果。方法选取我院门诊收治的80例患者,以随机数表抽取法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予常规门诊服务,观察组给予人性化服务,对两组患者干预后的效果进行对比。结果观察组患者在服务态度、门诊环境、就诊等候、咨询服务等方面的评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在门诊导诊中应用人性化服务有利于充分满足患者就诊需求,提升患者的就诊满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of humanized service in the outpatient guidance. Methods 80 cases of our hospital patients, using random number table extraction were divided into control group and observation group with 40 eases in each group, the control group was given routine outpatient service, the observation group was given the humanized service, comparing the intervention effect of two groups of patients. Results The scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, such as service attitude, outpatient environment, waiting for the doctor, consulting services, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion In the outpatient guidance in the application of humanized service to fully meet the medical needs of patients, improve patient satisfaction has a significant promotion significance.
