摘要
本试验以灵武长枣5年生嫁接苗为试验材料,通过采用土壤自动灌溉系统,控制土壤水分水平,模拟3种不同梯度的土壤干旱环境,测定灵武长枣枣吊、叶片生长情况、果实单果质量、纵横径及果实品质等指标.结果表明,土壤中度干旱胁迫有利于灵武长枣枣吊长和果实纵横径生长;土壤重度干旱胁迫下枣吊粗、叶面积增幅最大,叶绿素含量影响最明显,维生素C、可溶性糖、有机酸、黄酮含量最高.不同时期叶片鲜质量随干旱胁迫加剧,呈递减趋势.
Taking 5-year-old Zizyphus jujube Mill. cv.Lingwu Changzao (Lingwu Long Jujube) as materials, using soil irrigation automatic control system to control soil water levels, testing the growth of fruiting shots and leaf , individual fruit weight, vertical and horizontal size, growth and fruit quality etc.. Study the effect on growth and fruit quality of Z. jujuba under soil drought stresses .The results showed that under moderate soil drought stress, conducive to the growth of fruiting shots and leaf , individual fruit weight, vertical and horizontal size are favored. Under severe soil drought stress, the diameter of fruiting shots and leaf area growth increases the maximum. Effect of chlorophyll content is the most obvious. The fruit Vc , soluble fruit sugar, organic acids and flavonoids contents of the jujube are increased to highest, but as soil drought stress increased, the leaf fresh weight were decreased, the acid ratio were increased.
