摘要
分析江苏油田零散区块应用可再生能源的可行性,进行空气源热泵和污水源热泵技术加热工艺研究。污水源热泵技术中,为提高换热效率,改进长流道换热器,并通过换热试验,找到了适合江苏油田零散区块应用长流道管束式换热器的流量条件。进行污水防腐防垢工艺研究,制作一台主动析垢装置,改进扫频电磁防垢仪。两种热泵加热技术分别在墩2和纪5接转站进行应用,与传统电加热相比,可大大降低能耗,节电率达50%以上,经济效益明显,在油田具有很好的推广应用价值。
It was analyzed the feasibility of the application of heat pump in Jiangsu Oilfield. It was carried out study on heating process of air or sewage source heat pump technology. In order to increase the heat transfer efficiency, a heat exchanger with long flow channel was improved. And then the flow conditions of the tube bundle heat exchanger with long flow channel was optimized by the heat transfer tests, which are suitable for scattered blocks in Jiangsu Oilfield. It was carried out study on the sewage anti - corrosion and scale prevention technology. An automatic deposited scale device was developed. And then the sweep frequency electromagnetic anti - scaling instrument was improved. The two kinds of heat pump heating process were applied in Dun 2 transfer station and Ji 5 transfer station, respectively. In the comparison of conventional electrical heater,the energy consumption can be reduced greatly, with an energy saving rate of more than 50%. So the heating system has obvious economic benefits and a good application value in Jiangsu Oilfield.
