非综合征型唇腭裂患者语言相关脑区结构和功能研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 非综合征型唇腭裂(non-syndrome cleft of lip with or without palate,NSCL/P)是发病率最高的先天性口腔颌面畸形,其病因非常复杂。随着功能性磁共振成像(functional Magnetic Resonce Imaging,fMRI)在临床上的广泛应用,其已成为观察唇腭裂患者在静息状态下的脑结构及功能活动的重要手段之一,其在一定程度上揭示唇腭裂患者构音障碍的神经机制。现将目前fMRI在唇腭裂语言功能脑区方面的研究现状及进展做一综述。
