实时超声弹性成像技术在鉴别乳腺肿块中的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨实时超声弹性成像技术在鉴别乳腺肿块中的诊断价值。方法选取我院于2014年6月-2016年6月收治的64例乳腺患者(85个病灶),给予行彩色多普勒检查,评出良恶性后,对照组实施常规超声,观察组实施实时超声弹性成像技术(RTE),即弹性成像(UE)5评分法和弹性应变率比值法(SR),对比两种方法的准确性。结果观察组诊断乳腺病变的准确率97.6%(83/85)、误诊率2.4%(2/85)均优于对照组80.0%(68/85)、20.0%(17/85),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规超声相比,采用RTE诊断乳腺病变的准确率更高,可准确诊断诊断出乳腺良恶性病变,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the real-time ultrasound elasticity imaging technique in differential diagnosis of breast lumps. Methods Selection our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were analyzed in 64 patients with mammary gland (85 lesions), color doppler examination, named after the benign and malignancy, control group implemented the conventional ultrasound, observation group to implement real-time ultrasound elastography (RTE) technology, namely elastography (UE) 5 rating method and elastic strain rate (SR) ratio method, comparing the accuracy of the two methods. Results The observation group the accuracy in diagnosis of breast lesions was 97.6% (83/85), the misdiagnosis rate was 2.4% (2/85) were better than the control group 80.0% (68/85), 20.0% (17/85), with statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional ultrasound, USES the RTE diagnostic accuracy of breast lesions is higher, can be diagnosed accurately diagnosis breast benign and malignant lesions, worth clinical promotion.
