摘要
褪黑激素是一种吲哚类神经内分泌激素,具有十分广泛的生理功能。介绍了生物体内褪黑激素的合成和代谢过程,综述了褪黑激素在调节血糖水平、控制活动能力、调控生殖功能、抗氧化功能、蜕壳和附肢再生以及调节昼夜节律等方面的调控作用,为进一步研究褪黑激素对虾蟹生理功能影响的机制提供理论基础。
Melatonin is a kind of neuroendocrine hormone,which has a wide range of physiological effects. The synthesis and metabolism of melatonin in vivo were described in this paper. In addition,regulation of melatonin was reviewed,including maintaining glucose homeostasis,regulating activities,reproduction,antioxidant properties,molting and limb regeneration and circadian rhythm. Based on the above,some theoretical data were proposed for the future study of the mechanism about the effect of melatonin on the physiological function of crustaceans.
