摘要
目的研究分析健康教育临床护理路径用于糖尿病护理的效果。方法将自2014年12月—2016年5月间在该院治疗的109例糖尿病患者为研究对象,将患者分组并采用不同的方式进行护理,并对评价指标进行对比分析。结果采用健康教育临床护理路径的观察组的血糖指标值优于采用常规护理方式护理的对照组(P<0.05);观察组的抑郁自评量、焦虑自评量值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育临床护理路径在糖尿病患者治疗的护理中不但能有效控制并稳定患者的主要临床指标,并可显著提升患者生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To research and analyze the effect of health education clinical path in nursing of diabetes. Methods 109 cases of patients with diabetes treated in our hospital from December 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different methods, and the evaluation indexes were compared and analyzed. Results The blood sugar indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05); and the depression self-evaluation scale and anxiety self-evaluation scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05) and the differences had statistical significance. Conclusion The health education clinical path in the nursing of patients with diabetes can not only effectively control and stabilize the major clinical indexes of patients but also can obviously improve the quality of life of patients, which is of higher clinical application value.
