摘要
目的探讨温针灸护理指引在护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法针对温针灸烫伤原因,制订温针灸护理指引,重点包括艾柱检查制备与放置、巡视与应急处理和治疗前后健康教育。分别纳入护理指引应用前后268例和291例在针灸科门诊灸疗室温针灸治疗患者为研究对象,比较应用护理指引前后温针灸不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果护理指引应用后温针灸护理不良事件发生率20.28%,显著低于护理指引应用前29.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理指引应用后,患者对护理工作满意度96.15%,显著高于护理指引应用前85.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸护理指引可强化专科知识、规范护理行为,提高护理满意度,降低不良事件发生率,促进了温针灸护理质量和护理安全管理。
Objective To investigate the effect of application of care guidelines for warming needle acupuncture in nursing safety management. Methods In view of the reasons of empyrosis induced by warming acupuncture,the nursing guidelines of warming acupuncture were set up,which included the preparation and placement,inspection and emergency treatment and health education before and after treatment. In the study,there were contrast（ received warming acupuncture before the setting of nursing guidelines,n = 268） group and experiment group（ received warming acupuncture after the setting of nursing guidelines,n = 291） on outpatients of acupuncture department. Compared the incidence of adverse events and satisfaction between two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events reduced significantly after the implementation of nursing guidelines（ 20.28% vs29.85%） and the satisfaction increased significantly（ 96.15% vs 85.51%） and the differences indicated statistical significance（ P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusions Nursing guidelines in warming needle acupuncture is effective for strengthen the professional nursing knowledge and abilities,which helps to reduce the incidence of adverse events and enhance nursing quality and safety.
