摘要
对中药治疗原发性骨质疏松作用机制的研究进展进行综述。常用于治疗原发性骨质疏松的中药主要有淫羊藿、葛根、女贞子、宁夏枸杞、杜仲、牛膝和红景天等;近年来,从内分泌系统、细胞和分子水平方面初步揭示了中药治疗原发性骨质疏松的作用机制,为中药治疗骨质疏松的研究提供了一定的借鉴。
This paper reviewed the research progress on the mechanisms of Chinese materia medica in treatment of primary osteoporosis. Chinese materia medica commonly used in the treatment of primary osteoporosis include Herba Epimedii, Radix Puerariae, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Lycium Barbarum L. , Cortex Eucomrniae, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Herba Rhodiolae and so on. In recent years, the mechanisms of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of primary osteoporosis have been preliminarily revealed from the aspects of endocrine system, cellular and molecular level, which provide some reference for the research on treating primary osteoporosis with Chinese materia medica,
