摘要
高校开展法律援助是当前法律援助工作的重要组成部分,高校法律援助是实现卓越法律人才培养的重要途径、实现了法学教育与法律援助的两项职能、达到教育与社会效益双重目的,有利于培养"双师型"教师与"应用型"学生。但目前法律援助在制度上与法律上都存在一定的困境。通过深化认识,校地合作实现法律援助与法律诊所的协同发展。浙江万里学院法学院探索校政所合作,扩大法律援助站的新功能,通过与课程结合的方式助推法律援助的新发展。
Legal aid in colleges and universities is an important part of the current legal aid work. College legal aid is an important way to realize the training of excellent legal talents and the dual functions of legal education and legal aid, the double purpose of education and social benefit as well as to cultivate the double-qualified teachers and applied talents. However, there are some difficulties in the legal and legal system. Through the deepening of understanding, the collaborative development of legal assistance and legal clinics could be achieved. The Law School of Zhejiang Wanli University explored the effective way of cooperation to expand the new functions of the legal aid station and integrated with the lectures to boost the new development of legal aid.
