摘要
基于高频整流与匹配放大的方法,采用标准0.18μm CMOS工艺,设计了一种接收信号频率可调的无线射频能量收集整流器。通过调节匹配网络中的片外可调电感,实现了不同频段无线信号的有效接收与放大,并提供一种高效的射频整流技术,大幅降低最小接收信号强度,增大了系统的接收灵敏度。仿真实验结果表明:当无线信号为915 MHz时,系统的接收灵敏度达到-30dBm,输出直流电压为2.1V;无线接收信号为2.4GHz时,系统的接收灵敏度达到-24dBm,输出直流电压为2.4V。
Based on high frequency rectification and matching amplification technology,a tunable frequency RF power harvester rectifier was designed in a standard 0.18μm CMOS process.By adjusting the off-chip adjustable inductance of matching network,the wireless signals from different frequencies could be effectively harvested and amplified.In addition,a highly efficient RF rectification technology was proposed to greatly reduce the minimum strength of received signal and increase the sensitivity of system.The simulation experiment results showed that the receiving sensitivity of system was-30 dBm,the output dc voltage was 2.1 V when the wireless signal was915 MHz.When the wireless signal was 2.4GHz,the receiving sensitivity of system was-24 dBm,the output dc voltage was 2.4V.
