摘要
针对目前配电台区无功补偿控制方法仅补偿无功、不能有效调补负载三相不平衡的问题,应用对称分量法将负载电流进行变换及分析,建立无功及负载不平衡综合补偿模型。通过直接测量补偿前的三相负荷有功、无功功率获得计算所需补偿元件容量,控制投切对应的外接△、Y接线补偿网络元件组,实现对台区无功与负载三相不平衡同时补偿。在此基础上,对补偿控制器进行设计,完成无功与负载三相不平衡综合补偿的功能。仿真分析及实验证明所提无功及负载不平衡综合补偿方法正确、设计的控制器有效实用。
As for the reactive power compensation control method for the present distribution network wh- ich only compensates reactive power but not effectively adjust and compensate three-phase unbalanced load ,in this paper,the symmetrical component method is used to transform and analyze the load current and the comprehensive compensation model of reactive power and load unbalance is set up. The capacity of the elements which need compensation is obtained and calculated by way of measuring both active and reactive power of the three-phase load before compensation to control and switch the element group of corresponding externally connected /k ,y wiring compensation network and achieve simultaneous compen- sation of reactive power and three-phase unbalance of the distribution network and, on this basis ,the compensation controller is designed to complete comprehensive compensation function of the three-phase unbalance of reactive power and load. It is shown by the simulation analysis and test that the compre- hensive compensation method of the reactive power and load unbalance proposed is correct and the desig- ned controller is effective and practical.
