摘要
电铁作为不对称负荷接入电网,给电网的稳定运行、继电保护带来一定挑战。为了分析电铁接入后对周边区域电网线路继电保护的影响,文中结合新疆某地区电铁接入实际电网,考虑电铁多种运行工况、不同微机继电保护算法下,仿真分析电铁接入对电网线路保护阻抗测量元件与故障选相元件的影响。分析结果表明当电铁的供电负荷或制动负荷达到一定值时将会造成测量阻抗计算误差过大以及故障选相元件的错误选相,进而造成继电保护装置的误动作。
Electrified railway,with connection to the grid as asymmetrical loads,will bring a definite challenge to the stable operation and relay protection of grid. For the analysis of influence of the electri- fied railway after connection on the surrounding line relay protection of regional grid,in this paper,the influence of electrified railway on the measurement element of line protection impedance and fault phase selection element after connecting to the grid is analyzed by the simulation in accordance with the real grid of electrified railway at certain area of Xinjiang,consideration of different kinds of operation condi- tions and under different microcomputer relay protection algorithm. It is shown by the analysis result that when the power load and brake load of the electrified railway reaches a definite value,it will cause excessive measurement impedance calculation error and incorrect selection of fault phase selection elem- ent, thus causing mal-operation of the relay protection device.
