摘要
通过对覆膜工艺的研究开发,分别从铝合金的前处理、包覆膜的选取以及包覆工艺的确定等方面改进,形成一种新型的铝合金导风板加工工艺,来解决原先喷涂工艺中出现的缺陷以及色彩问题,提高产品的可靠性。
Through the study of the process of the film covering on the aluminium-alloy air-deflector, define the process of aluminium-alloy＇s pretreatment, the type of coating and the process of film covering to form a new process of aluminium-alloy air-deflector. This process can solve the defects and the color problem which always happened in the process of spraying. It also can improve the reliability of product.
