摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法同时测定小儿清热止咳口服液中的苦杏仁苷、甘草苷和甘草酸。方法采用Hypersil C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱;苦杏仁苷检测波长:207nm;甘草苷和甘草酸检测波长:237nm;柱温:35℃。结果苦杏仁苷、甘草苷和甘草酸分别在50.82~508.16μg·mL^(-1)、7.43~74.30μg·mL^(-1)、30.68~306.76μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(相关系数r均大于0.999);3种成分的方法精密度RSD分别为3.98%、2.36%、1.07%,平均加样回收率分别为97.64%、105.33%、102.26%。结论该方法操作简单可行、准确灵敏、重复性良好,可用于测定小儿清热止咳口服液中上述3种成分的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish the method for simultaneous determination of amygdalin, licorice glyco- sides and glycyrrhizic acid in Pediatric oral Qingrezhike by HPLC. METHODS The Hypersil C18 column main- tained at 35℃ with a gradient mobile phase system consisting of ACN-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution was employed for sample analysis. The wavelength of the UV detector was set at 207nm for amygdalin determination, whilst 237nm for liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid etermination. RESULTS The linear ranges of amygdalin, liquiritin and glycyrrhiz- ie acid were 50. 82 - 508. 16μg · mL-1 ,7.43 - 74. 30μg · mL-1 ,30. 68 - 306. 76μg ·mL-1, respectively ( r 〉 0. 999 ). The precisions of the method was 3.98% ,2. 36% , 1.07% , the average recoveries was 97.64%, 105.33% , 102. 26% respectively. CONCLUSION The method is convenient with a good reproducibility and could determine 3 active ingredients of Pediatric oral Qingrezhike, which could be used as a quantitative analysis for preparations.
