摘要
目的比较持续肠内营养和间断肠内营养输注法对危重症患者的不同影响。方法将对收治ICU的60例危重患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用间断肠内营养输注法,对照组应用持续不间断输注法,分别观察两组患者肠内营养的效果和并发症情况,并进行组间比较。结果两组间热卡达标情况无显著差异(P<0.05)。两组患者胃潴留、腹泻发生率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组低于对照组,两组腹胀、呕吐和便秘等其他消化道症状、代谢并发症均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论间断肠内营养输注法可有效降低危重症患者肠内营养并发症,安全有效。
OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of continuous and intermittent infusion of enteral nutrition on critically ill adult patients. METHODS Observational prospective randomized clinical study carried out in an inten-sive care unit on 60 patients divided into two groups. The intermittent and continuous infusion administration were im- plemented in the experimental group and control group respectively. The outcomes of EN and complications were compared between the two groups. RESULTS There was no difference regarding the provision of caloric needs be- tween two groups. The incidences of gastric retention and diarrhea in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). No statistically significant difference between groups was found in the var- iables vomiting, abdominal distension or constipation and metabolic complication. ( P 〉 0.05 ). CONCLUSION The intermitten infusion administration can reduce the complications of enteral nutrition in critically ill patients effec- tively. It has been proved to be safe and effective.
