SHMFF中控与水冷系统通讯的设计与实现

摘要 该文以稳态强磁场实验装置SHMFF的中央控制系统与去离子水冷却系统为研究对象,针对两系统间的工作流程和测控参数,设计并实现了基于S7 PLC的通讯机制。经过长时间的试运行,该通讯系统较好地满足了两系统间的参数传递要求,实现了测量信号和控制参数真实、准确的传递,保证了磁体安全、可靠、稳定的运行。 Through the research of the central control system and deionized water cooling system of steady high magnetic field facility,focusing on the working process and control parameters between the two systems,communication mechanism and realization of design are established based on the S7 PLC. In a trial run for a long time,the communication system can meet the requirements of parameter passing between the two systems. The measuring signal and control parameters of accurate passing ensure safe,secure and stable operation of the magnet.
