摘要
大学生就业难是当前社会所面临的一项严峻的挑战,而社会实践活动的参与度成为衡量大学生就业能力的一项重要指标。提升大学生就业能力的有效途径可根据实际情况有针对性地设计。加强大学生对社会实践的认识,完善社会实践的管理体系,建立适当的评价监督制度,做好保障工作。
College students＇ employment difficulty is a serious challenge currently faced by our society, the participation in social practice is becoming an important indicator for measuring college students＇ employment ability.The effective ways to improve college students＇ employment ability can be designed according to the actual condition. The measures are suggested as the following： to strengthen college students＇ understanding towards social practice, to complete the management system of social practice, to establish the proper evaluation and supervision system, and to accomplish the security work.
