摘要
以层层组装方法将聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、支化聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)、甲基橙(MO)在不同pH值下制得PASP/PEI-MO膜。探讨了PASP/PEI-MO膜中MO的负载性能以及在生理盐水中的释放性能。结果表明,当PEI-MO溶液pH值为8.3,PASP溶液pH值为3.8时,PASP/PEI-MO膜的负载量达到了最大,还具有较好的缓释效果,层层组装膜(PASP/PEI-MO)-20中MO在释放1500min时,MO的释放量达到0.095mg/cm^2;浸泡负载MO的释放量达到0.296mg/cm^2。
PASP/PEI-MO based on polyaspartaic acid,branched polyethyleneimine and methyl orange(MO)as initial meterials was prepared through traditional immersion layer by layer assembly technique.The loading property of MO in PASP/PEI-MO and the release property in physiological saline solution were investigated.The results showed that the loading of PASP/PEI-MO reached the maximum when pH value of PEI-MO solution was 8.3and pH value of PASP solution was 3.8.And it had better sustained-release affect.The release amount of methyl orange in(PASP/PEI-MO)-20 reached 0.295mg/cm2 in the 1500 minutes.The release amount of methyl orange by soaking loading reached 0.296mg/cm2.
